Scrapbooks, 1858-1948 [manuscript]. 1858-1948.

Two scrapbooks. The first covers the years 1858-1880. Some pages at the back have been torn out. This scrapbook has been compiled by Neild and consists largely of newspaper articles written by his enemies. Includes correspondence relating to his theatrical interests and invitations. The second scrapbook covers the years 1874-1948 and was probably begun by Neild, one of his children then continuing to add to it. It includes obituaries of Neild, newspaper articles (including a couple on Mary Grant Bruce), programmes, and letters from Theo Heide. There is also one letter from Frederick McCubbin.
